Travelogix Secure First Direct-to-Corporate Customer with Denmark-Based, Grundfos
Travel data management and reporting specialists Travelogix have announced their first direct-to-corporate customer agreement with Denmark-based business Grundfos, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued expansion into the buyer community.
Travelogix will provide enhanced travel reporting and data management capabilities to the Grundfos travel team through its powerful Analytix platform. The partnership will enable the secure integration of multiple data sources, combining both pre-trip and post-invoice booking data from their global TMC network with organisational information from Grundfos’s internal systems to deliver real-time visibility, advanced analytics, and actionable insights.
The implementation will grant Grundfos full access to the Analytix suite of modules, allowing for more detailed analysis of globalised travel spend, traveller behaviour, and programme performance. Additionally, Grundfos will enhance its sustainability strategy through a mutual integration with Thrust Carbon, the UK-based carbon intelligence company, enabling the business to report and cut travel-related emissions more effectively.
Nomi Kustosz Andersen, Travel Sustainability Lead and Communications Specialist at Grundfos, said:
“Travelogix’s platform, Analytix, provides us with the ability to create fully customised dashboards for our organisation, enabling deeper drill-down into data. In addition, the option to combine spend data with emissions data strongly supports Grundfos’ business travel emissions strategy.
“Based on our demonstrations and meetings with the Travelogix team, we are looking forward to seeing the solution up and running in a live environment at Grundfos. We’re confident it’ll meet, and perhaps even exceed, our expectations.”
Chris Lewis, Founder and CEO at Travelogix, said:
“More and more, we are learning just what some large enterprise buyers want: they want control of their travel programme and, more importantly, their tech stack and the capabilities within it.
“Aligning ourselves with Grundfos highlights our strength in travel data management and reporting. This strategic expansion brings the solutions we’ve perfected over fourteen years in the TMC world directly to the corporate buyer community.
“This exciting new partnership with Grundfos is an exciting step in the evolution of our company, and of course, our solutions.”
“I’d like to extend my deep gratitude to the Grundfos travel, category, and procurement teams for their vision and innovative approach to travel data. Their desire to collaborate sets a new standard for how reporting should be structured and utilised within the buyer community.”
