Travel Intelligence Company Riskline Partners with Travelogix as Global Travel Continues Sharp Recovery
Today, Travelogix is proud to announce a new partnership with global risk intelligence company, Riskline.
The strategic collaboration has formed to boost Geo, our duty of care solution for Travel Management Companies (TMCs). Riskline is one of the world’s leading travel risk insights companies, processing more than 100,000 data sources, providing accurate and timely travel risk assessments.
Our answer to duty of care is Geo. This duty-of-care tool affords real-time passenger tracking, risk alerts, and security information for corporate travel management companies and their clients. Now integrated with Riskline’s real-time data intelligence, the Geo platform can offer more flexible global risk data that provides significantly more precise incident mapping, improving overall traveller safety insights. The collaboration also enables Travelogix to scale and develop new features within the platform going forward.
The announcement comes at a strategically important time for the team here at Travelogix, which will deliver a selection of enhancements to Geo in the near future, including polygon drawing, pre-trip risk broadcasting, and improved on-trip communications and alerts.
The growing demand for travel safety information correlates with the strong recovery of the global travel sector. Forecasts project global business travel spending to reach $1.64 trillion USD (£1.25 trillion) in 2025, up from $1.48 trillion USD (£1.13 trillion) in 2024, showing an approximate year-on-year rise of 11 percent. Meanwhile, many material purchases are plummeting – car sales, second home ownership, and jewellery purchases are all down – demonstrating a preference for travel at the expense of these purchases. Travel companies are looking to capitalise on this trend and offer travellers a high-quality experience. The provision of highly accessible and accurate travel risk and safety information to an increasingly tech-savvy traveller population is proving to be an important part of this strategy.
Suzanne Sangiovese, CEO at Riskline said:
“We are delighted to announce our partnership with Travelogix, and to serve more travellers with our real-time safety updates, enabling them to travel with greater confidence. Our latest partnership announcement of the year demonstrates the growing importance of reliable and accessible travel safety information for the modern day traveller as the sector continues its sharp recovery.”
Chris Lewis, Founder and CEO, Travelogix, added:
“Our new partnership with Riskline marks a significant step forward in the evolution of Geo. By combining Riskline’s analyst-led intelligence with our connected suite of travel data solutions, we will deliver a more accurate, responsive, and insightful risk platform for our customers; one that will continue to grow and adapt to their needs, just as we innovate across all of our platforms. A huge thank you to Suzanne and the entire team at Riskline for their collaboration and shared vision.”
