Travelogix and Kudos Travel Technology partner to deliver a more connected technology ecosystem for TMCs

Travelogix and Kudos Travel Technology partner to deliver a more connected technology ecosystem for travel management companies

UK-based Travelogix, a provider of travel data management and reporting solutions, and Australian travel technology specialist Kudos Travel Technology have announced a strategic partnership to deliver greater value to travel management companies (TMCs) globally by enabling a more connected technology ecosystem.

The agreement establishes both organisations as preferred technology partners across the agreed territories, creating a framework for closer strategic collaboration that enables their complementary platforms to deliver enhanced customer outcomes. While each company will continue to operate independently, the partnership supports coordinated customer engagement, deeper technology integration and shared market development.

As TMCs and travel managers increasingly rely on specialist technologies to support their operations, demand for connected, open ecosystems continues to grow. Together, Travelogix and Kudos are committed to making it easier for customers to access the technologies they rely on while reducing complexity across their technology landscape.

A key component of the partnership is the introduction of new single sign-on capabilities on the Travelogix platform. Mutual customers can now move seamlessly between the Kudos and Travelogix platforms using single sign-on, reducing friction for users and providing seamless access to their broader technology ecosystem.

The partnership also strengthens the complementary capabilities of both organisations and gives both Kudos and Travelogix customers and prospects access to each company’s respective platforms and solutions.

The partnership with Travelogix further strengthens Kudos’ broader connected technologies, giving customers greater flexibility in how they bring together the data, reporting and technology solutions that support their business.

Importantly, the agreement does not affect either organisation’s independence. Both businesses will continue to develop their own products, support their own customers and pursue their respective strategies. Instead, the partnership reflects a shared belief that open collaboration among complementary technology providers delivers greater value than disconnected or standalone solutions.

Initially, the partnership will focus on preferred territories across the United Kingdom, Europe, Africa, Asia and Canada, while establishing a collaborative framework for opportunities in Australia, New Zealand and other international markets. This approach respects existing customer relationships and creates a clear pathway to support new opportunities where the combined technologies deliver additional value.

Phil Rasmussen, CEO at Kudos Travel Technology, commented:

“Travel technology works best when it’s connected. TMCs should be able to choose the technologies that work best for their business and have them work seamlessly together. Travelogix is a trusted leader in travel data, and their capabilities complement the broader technology ecosystem Kudos already provides and connects into.  Together, we’re giving TMCs a genuinely joined-up ecosystem.

“For Kudos, this is a global partnership. It strengthens what each of us does in our home markets, and it accelerates our growth across the UK, Europe and North America, where the appetite for connected, open travel technology has never been stronger.”

Chris Lewis, Founder and CEO at Travelogix, commented:

“Our industry has evolved significantly over the past decade. Customers no longer expect a single platform to solve every challenge; they expect the best technologies to integrate seamlessly.”

“Kudos has built an impressive technology ecosystem with a strong reputation across Australia and New Zealand. We’ve built ours around trusted travel data management and reporting. By connecting those strengths, we’re making it easier for customers to access complementary technologies through a more connected experience, while enabling both businesses to continue doing what they do best.”

“This partnership isn’t about changing who we are; it’s about strengthening the value we can deliver together through collaboration, innovation and a shared commitment to customer choice.”

“Both organisations view this agreement as the start of a broader strategic relationship. While the immediate focus is on delivering greater value through closer technology integration and coordinated market engagement, Travelogix and Kudos are already exploring further opportunities to expand their collaboration, with further announcements expected in due course.”
