Travelogix Pen Long-Term Renewal with Fello Travel
Today, we are delighted to announce our renewal with TMC customer Fello Travel, marking another milestone in our longstanding relationship.
In line with our customer relations and account management strategy, and building on an exceptional 2024, we are excited to move further into 2025 with more commitment and loyalty from our customer base with another long-term renewal.
Fello Travel first partnered with us in 2015 and will continue to use our award-winning data management and reporting solution, Analytix. The renewal will maintain Fello’s access to all the platform modules, including DataShare, DataPublisher, and DataValet.
This renewal underscores both companies’ shared commitment to innovation, excellence, and providing exceptional value to our clients. It strengthens our partnership as we move into 2025, built on a foundation of trust, loyalty, and collaboration.
Chris Lewis, Founder and CEO of Travelogix, said:
“As we look to maintain the momentum from 2024, we are pleased to announce our renewal with Fello Travel today.
“Maintaining solid relations with our customer base is very close to my heart, so it always feels me with immense pride when a customer chooses to continue their data and reporting journey with us.
“Working closely with James Newns, Craig Smith and the wider team, we are grateful for the faith in Travelogix once more, and we look forward to innovating in line with the needs and wants of Fello Travel and the rest of our customers as we head into the New Year.”
Craig Smith, Head of IT & Cyber Security at Fello Travel, said:
“I am delighted that Fello has renewed its partnership with Travelogix. The importance of data cannot be understated, and this partnership allows us to drive our business forward while also analysing our client’s needs and how we can further improve their experience.
“We also have great trust in Travelogix, as data security is at the forefront of everything we do. I’m pleased that this importance is mirrored between Fello and Travelogix.”
